Executive Chef Katsutaro Yoshimoto is raising the bar at Hopscotch Tavern!
Katsutaro Yoshimoto realized his dream of becoming a chef at the young age of 7 and started his formal training at Le Cordon Bleu at 17. He lived in Japan to learn true farm-to-table cooking and now brings his culinary talents to Downtown Fullerton. He believes in making everything in house and working with the flow of the seasons.
The new menu is bursting with options such as the Roasted Bone Marrow and the Double Cut Pork Chop.
Social Hour Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm
I'm currently here and it's 3:30PM on a Saturday. They only have their in-between menu right now since we are in-between lunch and dinner. But damn! These little appetizers are to die for. Mark S.
We were originally going to The Pint House nearby, but the selection of beer left us wanting. So we strolled down with our handy dandy yelp and found THIS place. Ho... ly... crap... not only did they have a lovely selection of craft beer (ironically we didn't try their intimidating list of whiskey), and the service was friendly and professional Alicia G.
Amazing. Delicious food, great service and a wide variety of drinks. I love this place and have come as often as once a week! Favorite place to eat and drink in Fullerton. Krystal O.
